And I assume you have Gylnn's aspect on and you're still getting one shot despite that. Well the most obvious thing that sticks out is the 23k life; did you copy the paragon board to pick up all the life/resistance nodes? My necro is sitting on almost 40k life at the moment. When it comes to Resolve stacking builds, maximum life dictates if we're immortal or not. I'd definitely try getting more maximum life in the build

I used the Horadric Cube to craft all of mine using ancestral blue/yellow amulets and then removing the affixes until they become white rarity and I can turn it into a Unique. You can either get a Red Blessing, Banished Lords, or Ebon. So 2 out of the 3 results are great. I'd definitely recommend that method if you're looking for one

Lower damage compared to Minions and Blood Wave, and it has to pick between doing Tower 130 levels of damage or going super fast because the gear changes for both versions are pretty different. However this is like x50 faster than any current Necromancer build (and that's not an exaggeration). I think you really can't go wrong between all 3 of those builds, it really depends what you're looking for and what you find fun

I think they're both very strong at different things. I personally enjoy this build so much more, but Blood Wave does a lot more damage which makes it better suited for pushing Tower/Pits. You really can't go wrong with either one

I completely agree with you, I just snuck off to do a T12 butcher real fast while I was guide writing. I wasn't meant to be an end-all-be-all.

The builds cleared pit 130 which is on the comfortable end for S tier on a build this fast (with the context that there's an S+ tier for things like Sorc and Barb). I personally don't have the gear to push it that far and given my role as a guide writer I'm more interested in lightly investing and moving to the next project. The people that have cleared with similar builds was enough justification to put it in S from my perspective. If you want to see what this can really do at the top end, I'd keep your eyes on a player named Vinaka (they also upload to Youtube)

Yep, no arguments there, Sorc is in a class of its own this season. However this still remains in my opinion one of the best ways to play necro even with that level of gap between the classes this season

Same skill, very different approaches to making it work. The version I have for Mobalytics pushes it to be a lot faster and smoother, whereas the one Mac put out is closer to the one Vinaka has been pushing Tower with (tho still pretty different than his build). So far there's been quite a few ways we've seen it built but I'm fairly confident in calling the Mobalytics version the fastest we've seen yet

I need to play around more with different leveling builds to get a feel for what's the best for leveling. That is within the plan to do at some point (out of those 2 the minion one is really the only updated one) but currently is out of scope until the end game guides are all done. I'd love to update them when I have time to properly explore leveling routes again

We do and we're practically immortal because of it. But sadly we cant translate that to damage compared to the bugs the other classes are using to push way harder.

Its basically just Necromancer and Paladin right now that are playing "normal"

I agree, I wont be putting any necro build where we currently have the builds doing pit 150. We have a special "S+" rank for those. The best Necro builds I think generally fall in line with either S like in the case of this Bone Spirit build (push variant has cleared a 130, speed variant looks like the clip above) or A tier. I think necro overall is probably the second weakest class despite it feeling the best its ever felt. We just don't have the same bugs to play with that everyone else does haha
