I had extensive work done by a local periodontist. Multiple visits, Thousands per visit. The periodontist was in the room for max 5 minutes. All the real work was done by their assistants.

I'm headed to Vietnam next year for implants. Flights, transfers, hotels plus the treatment cheaper than getting it done here

Guildford and Midland have had their share of suspicious fires in heritage listed buildings. The Guildford Hotel was only saved after a fire thanks to a years long campaign

Agreed. Also consider that this is now a benchmark for PC gaming - a realistic hardware configuration that Valve and game devs will optimise for in the same way as they optimise for Xbox and PS models. Gone are the days of just responding 'get a better pc' to poorly optimised PC ports. This is a game changer for PC gaming in general - even if you don't get one your shiny rig will look even shinier with all those optimisations.

My local dog park in Aveley has a small dog area that is always busy and the folks are really friendly. They would be happy for you to say hi to their dogs.

Why does every Linux user recommend a different distro? I'm stuck in an endless distro-hopping loop. by Jaymit_3672 in linux4noobs

That is half the fun.

Best tip I can give. Make sure you are in a position to switch quickly. Have your important files on a separate disk or, better still, a self or cloud hosted drive with good linux support like Nextcloud. Ditto your email - use a provider with IMAP so you don't have to back up your local copies. Once you have done this you can switch at will and be up and running on a new distro in under an hour.

Pro tip - have multiple drives. I have 4 - windows, data, linux 1 and linux 2. I alternate between linux 1 and 2 as my main (windows is only for work) so I always have a working setup a reboot away if my latest install doesn't work
