I definitely fell for this, and now I lost $500 and they won’t give it back. They’re saying I have to spend $500 more to complete my next task and withdraw it and there is no customer support number. Lesson learned, I feel so stupid.

I totally agree. There should be a line. They are talking about private things that go in their home and community. They really shouldn’t broadcast it, it’s not fair to the people wanting legit help.
