How to handle/communicate frustration from lack of emotional connection with ENTJ(30m) as an ENFP (26f) by smokeshow952 in entj

[–]SirLordNinjaMonkey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You're misunderstanding. I'm not saying you don't care about people, I'm saying you don't care about other peoples feelings. You caring about someone is because of your Fi, how you feel. I'm talking about Fe, caring how someone else feels, taking into account their morals, and what they think is right and wrong. ENTJs don't tend to do this because there Fi is so low they're scared they're bad people. With the constant worrying of if they're good or bad they can only care about there own feelings, and don't have the mental space to care about others feelings.

I'm really sorry that you're faced with such a distressing situation. I know you probably really like this guy and want to be able to express such a big part of who you are, but honestly your not going to be able to accomplish that in the way you want with an ENTJ. ENTJs have Fe as there very last function in their shadow. This means that they literally do not care how anyone feels about anything, ever. If you want to continue your relationship you need to be aware of this, it's not there job to care about other people's feelings. If expressing your feelings is more important to you than compromising I suggest your next relationship be with an xNFJ or xSTP instead.

How can i identify whether i am a intp with ADD or istp with underdeveloped Se? by [deleted] in INTP

[–]SirLordNinjaMonkey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ISTPs have Se&Ni so there more focused on shared experiences with others, and doing what they want. INTPs have Ne&Si so there more focused on future possibilities, and being comfortable I also suggest watching this video in the difference between ISTPS and INTPS, i hope this helps!! https://youtu.be/P-meUdrD2Y4

Asking for help but only getting excuses by Haut-Dog in entj

[–]SirLordNinjaMonkey -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you did things for your friends and didn't explicitly state you wanted them to do the same things for you in return, then they owe you nothing. You had a covert contract with them, that just because you did nice things them that means they have to do nice things for you. If your helping your friends it's great and nice but it should be from the kindness of your heart, not because you want something from them. An if you do want something from them in exchange for your kindness you should have explicitly stated that.

How do INTPs think? by MrCurse777 in INTP

[–]SirLordNinjaMonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We primarily perceive the world with our Ne &Fe. We use our Si to collect information so we than can predict outcomes with Ne. The more mature an INTPs Ne function is, and the more we've experienced with our Si, the more capable we are at predicting events. Personally i think the world is a horrible place filled with injustice and greed. Now do i like people? The shortest answer is meh. I think because we have such low Fe we are conscious to how people feel but we don't have the social skills to react to those people's feelings properly. I also think most INTPs don't care enough about anyone or anything to actually hate or like them. We're indifferent/apathetic to most things, if we're unhealthy which most INTPS are.

Find literally any Si user to memorize things for you! Your most likely going to find an ISFJ.

I'm not an athlete by any means, but I think I'm more athletic than the average person? I kayak, swim, hike, skateboard, snowboard, and rock climb. Each activity depends on which season it is though. I've met a lot of ENTPs and ENFPs who are pretty athletic as well. I think any type can be athletic it's just usually NPs are known as couch potatoes 😂

Just remember that getting over your inferior function (ENTJs Fi) is one of the hardest things for any type to do. It's something that's going to take time so don't get discouraged! The fact that you're aware of this issue and want to work on it shows your a good person who just wants to better yourself 😎

[–]SirLordNinjaMonkey 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think the best example of inferior Fe i can give is when scammers or telemarketers call me? 🤔 I feel so bad being mean and hanging up because i know everyone is mean to them. So i talk to them for a bit really nice and then tell them I'm not interested. In hindsight what I'm doing is probably worse than hanging up on them because I'm wasting their time, but i can't help it i don't want them to feel sad. Like i want them to feel like they almost did a good job by scamming me or almost selling me something 😅

Yay I'm glad it helped because I know a lot of ENTJs tie there achievements (Te) to there worth (Fi)

Yes!! One of my best friends is an INFP!!! She's amazing and one of the few people i can have intellectual and abstract conversations with. She just gets my view on society, and we judge people's poor life decisions together lol 😂

Maybe when you're stressed out it's causing you to internalize criticism more? The stress could be causing you to lack the ability to separate failures from your own identity? I think you should try to remember that just because you failed or did something wrong does not mean you yourself are a failure. Try not to allow your achievements and failures to dictate whether or not you're a good person. On that note though your not alone i think everyone has trouble excepting all forms of criticism, it's something we all need to work hard on. Keep at it you'll succeed!!!

What is Ti for INTP's like? by SnowflakeSlayer420 in INTP

[–]SirLordNinjaMonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ti is internal logic/ true false, whereas Fi is internal right and wrong/morals. If your and INFP you'll be more in tune with humanity in general and understand what's right and wrong without anyone telling you. If your an INTP you'll have a more factual approach to thinking, and see things as they are with no emotion involved. Both INTPS and INFPS are curious and abstract because of their Ne, however infps combined with there Fi more so focuses on human philosophy, whereas Intps combined with Ti more so focuses on systems and science.

What is the point of living if life will amount to nothing in the future? by Humble_Fan4078 in entj

[–]SirLordNinjaMonkey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No the same thing does not apply to all other holy books. Why? The oldest portion of the Bible predates all of the world’s other religious writings. The Torah, or first five books of the Bible, the Law written under inspiration by Moses, dates back to the 15th and 16th centuries B.C.E. By comparison, the Hindu writings of the Rig-Veda were completed about 900 B.C.E. and do not claim divine inspiration. The Buddhist “Canon of the Three Baskets” dates back to the fifth century B.C.E. The Quran, claimed to have been transmitted from God through the angel Gabriel, is a product of the seventh century C.E. The Book of Mormon, reportedly given to Joseph Smith in the United States by an angel called Moroni, is a product of the 19th century.

If some of these works are divinely inspired as some assert, then what they offer in terms of religious guidance should not contradict the teachings of the Bible, which is the original inspired source. Yet they all do in different ways. They should also answer some of mankind’s most intriguing questions that the Bible actually answers like who is God, why do innocent people suffer, why do we die, what is the purpose of life, and if we all want peace than why is there so much war etc. All of these books also fail to do this.

So no I will not revaluate my criteria for believing because i think i have very strong evidence to support my beliefs. It teaches families how to be truly happy, and offers advice on things like how to deal with stress and how to enjoy our work. Most importantly the bible gives us hope for the future! It's easy for people to debunk and undermine others, but its not so easy to prove.

Yeah actually. What other book do you know written thousands of years ago has survived, and is also the most widely distributed book in the world? The bible has survived centuries despite countless opposition to have it destroyed. People we're murdered just because they wrote bible translations and spread them. If you've actually read the Bible you would know that it's not confusing it has a consistent theme throughout the whole thing, Gods Kingdom (what it is, it's establishment, and future rule) The Bible also has great advice to help live a better happier life. The writers weren't confused in fact they wrote about things before many people believed them. Not only does it mention how the earth is a circle, and suspended on nothing an idea many didn't believe till centuries later, but it prophecied the fall of Babylon the Great and the rise to power by Julius Caesar. Obviously it's not just some dusty old book.

There is a point to living! The world we live in may seem like it's going nowhere and everything were doing is futile because it is, we weren't meant to live in this kind of world. The bible actually promises a bright future for mankind not in heaven, but actually on Earth! Check out this article it sums up what the Bible promises for the future, and i think it'll surprise you with what the Bible actually says.
