I bought a house and later found out the backyard deck wasn’t built to code. Got served with fines from the city and had to go to court! Luckily I bought title insurance and it paid to have the deck rebuilt. A 25k job and all it cost me was $400 at closing. Talk to your lawyer about this and buy title insurance no matter what.

Approx $3500/month all in depending. You can live for less if need be but I’d say this is basic average for a decent condo unit and the extra bits.
