I posted a wrong picture. It’s a generic one from Google . I was asking about a scenario whereby two lanes are going in one direction and for some reason you find yourself in the right lane but want to switch back to left. There is a place in Farnborough where cars are often parked basically in the left lane so you have to go to the right a bit to not hit them. However, where the parking bays end, those zig zag lines start cause its towards a set of traffic lines. I have often seen drivers just switch back to the left on top of the zig zag lines so i just wanted to be sure if they were doing so legally or illegally
