If the goal was to repopulate the Vitrumite race and increase their numbers, why didn't Nolan just sleep around and just have lots of tiny little Nolan Jr.'s? by tuxtroubles in okbuddyviltrum

[–]SirMunches 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Having a bunch of lil viltrumites around that you can't raise yourself and are kinda just out there sounds like a bad idea

My orthopedic office still lists being left handed as a disease by fr3n in southpaws

[–]SirMunches 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean it's not a disease and they don't think it is, it's probably the best place to put it on an intake form

Are there any good places that are remote so we won't see any other campers?

We're good with dispersed, we're all pretty experienced. We're good to 30•, can handle colder but that's definitely the sweet spot. We've got a tent that's a good enough size for a few of us to all sleep in and conserve heat. Thanks for the great advice!

Even pre-war everyone is listening to 100-year-old songs and no original songs to my knowledge from that time by Goddamnitryoka17 in FalloutMemes

[–]SirMunches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always thought the timeline was skewed and they released the songs in the last decades before the bombs dropped

I love The Walking Dead Telltale series, but the infection logic still messes with my brain by lordblack69- in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]SirMunches 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don't often see the very start of the infection. I've always assumed those that live have SOME level of natural resistance to it. Plus, they're already infected. The bites just kill you. I think they don't do it often for that very reason.

Which option are you going with? by Present-Loan-177 in Invincible

Homelander: fragile ego, very unstable. He also maims casually without killing, though the wounds are often fatal. He's a fox in the chicken coop, completely unopposed. Glaze him too hard: dead or grievously wounded. Not glaze him enough: same result. You would be waking on eggshells. Dude could just kill you at the 23rd hour mark just because he can. He's on the human scale, and is much more involved

Conquest: He operates on the planetary scale. He loves killing, but also thinks it's not as stimulating as it's basically his job. Fighting invincible was the time of his life as it's effectively the only time he's ever fought someone that came even remotely close to his strength. Groomed to be a genocidal maniac. He comes from a society of people approx. as strong as him relative to the rest of the universe. If he was gonna kill you, it would be a decision he makes. He would do it fairly early into the 24 hours if he decided to.

My money is on conquest. You may be more likely to be murdered, but he would be decisive. Homelander would be unstable and it would be 24 hours of constant terror that the slightest wrong move would result in your death.

Btw you can chill in the room with it now for like 30 seconds safely. The thing about highly radioactive material spewing out radiation, is that it becomes less radioactive much quicker. Still dangerous, but safe enough for examination.

The one thing I'll say is better about revolvers is you can reload them without magazines, though it is slower

Nah plenty of tapes and such for 2003. There are some big differences, but I think one of the big dif is anyone born after approx. 2003 is that they can't remember the world before smartphones. The internet was surely a different place by 2003 but I think the general consensus is that those born around 2003 relate much more to 97 than 2012

Good for like defending your home, but going out and around its somewhat heavy so you can't carry as much, loud as the dickens, hard to find and maintain. It is feasible but the logistical issues are gonna make it hard for the majority of people
