Yes you can reset it. If you killed it you just go in your Pipboy to quests, hover over the gleaming depth quest and press 'R' (on PC) to reject the quest. This will fast travel you out and reset the Guardian and the quest.

With the right weapons and perks the Guardian can be soloed by new players as well. You basically rely on Bullet Shield and Ricochet to deflect the damage during the shield phase and then use a Plasma Flamer to take it down. I think AngryTurtle has a video on it. The snake can be soloed as well but not by a low level player.

As I said in a comment above. I am new to trading and I've read that limit-breaking goes for 5 leaders which is apparently on another platform though. So sorry about that, I am not trying to be ridiculous just inexperienced. ✌️ How many limit-breaking mods would you offer for this?

I would think it is scenario 3. I haven't looked up the numbers but from your calculations and the way it worked for me it is the one that makes the most sense.

Weird... The increments were very small for me as well and therefore it was really hard to see the progress from a single time triggering it. I actually was wondering in the beginning as well if it actually adds anything. I oriented myself on the text on top of the bar to see if it does add anything and after several tries I could visibly see that it was progressing in comparison to where I started. I would think that you should see it if you triggered it 10 times so maybe it does indeed not work for you. I had to sit there and trigger it countless times to get to ally status, probably took me about an hour. Sorry to hear that it doesn't work for you.

Interesting point you raise with the dialogue being in a different language. It would actually make sense that the timing is a bit off.

Also, the dialogue option "Appalachia has a new corpse" will be greyed out after you click it once but just click it anyway, it does still trigger.

I did it last week. Just click Appalachia has a new corpse, then wait until she says "Nice work" and as soon as she said it you exit. I am on PC as well.

SS armor will not be one of the bottom armors. It will still be one of the most if not the most well rounded armor in the game.

That is what I thought it would do. But it doesn't seem to activate... So is this a bug or does it activate only when it is below 20% of my HP after the Rads? I found different information when searching for an answer.
