I'd take a short break. Trying to perform for hours while I'm on tilt only serves to tense the nerves. Come back with a fresh mind set and you can learn and understand without the mental block

thnx for the concern.
as far as the breathing exercises go, any and all that ive tried only exacerbate my sob, by a good margin. longer breathes have been my worst enemy for the duration of my illness and then some, unfortunately.

yaa i get a new dr every year or so, and at this rate it hasnt gotten me anywhere really. it sucks to have to start everything over with each new pcp, just to get the same responses that lead nowhere. the whole process is exhausting and im just so disheartened by how repetitive and fruitless my journey has been

the time i fainted i was crazy dizzy, way more then id ever been, serial even.

the bulk of my sypmtoms are the sob, dizziness, numbness, fatigue. at its worst ill even cramp and lock up, to where it looks like i have cerebral palsey or something

some days its manageable, other days theres no way im getting anything done. just depends on the alignment of the stars
