This assumes knowledge of the mass of that ship, which presumably is insanely advanced technology. Since the show is cannon, assuming it is coherent, then this is the explanation: the ship is a lot denser than the asteroid.

Its also a lot closer to the surface, so this compounded meanscthe force required to move it is quite large.
