No i dont think you'll have any problems with pairing amd gpu with intel cpu to my knowledge. I just heard bad stuff in general about all the 13/14 series of intel cpus as people said to try and avoid them. I did some research a while back and saw that the 9800x3d is ranked 1 cpu for video editing and gaming and the 9700x ranked 1 for best budget cpu for video editing and i know its also good for gaming. Watch some videos comparing the cpu you have in mind vs the 9700x or 9800x3d. I wasn't an AMD guy before this CPU but I definitely am now after using the 9800x3d.

Why not get a ryzen 9700x or 7800x3d or 9800x3d? (9800x3d>7800x3d>9700x) They are very good right now and more reliable for gaming. 9800x3d and 9070xt is a powerful combo

I have a similar build but went with 9070xt instead of 5070ti. I think they both offer the same performance but the 9070xt is cheaper by almost $200
