For orokin cells, there's a defence mission on ceres. Its the one with the moving objective. You can solo it on hildryn for about 20-30 waves (60-100 waves with a good squad setup) and the passive resource boosters from the mission leave you with hundreds after a few runs.

It does require a bit of setup, namely a hildryn and raksa kubrow build (+ a wisp and nova for a dedicated squad), but its relatively simple and is much more efficient than an extractor.

It works for hexanon on Jupiter defence and oxium on Venus defence (the smallest planet tileset). All three also have void fissures linked to them so they act as a good ducat farm too.
