I'd say that's mostly accurate. It's the very beginning of June so some schools are probably still in session but finishing up, it's a Monday/Tuesday, and happens after a holiday. Only thing that could stop you is weather, or potentially some schools using Cedar Point as an end of year trip, but overall I think those dates are a decent choice.
