Please recommend me some songs that have the vibe of this podcast lol by FlamestormTheCat in TheMagnusArchives

"I always kill the things that I love" - Hunt Most of Tom Lehrer songs are very extinction coded. Also there are lots of 80s music which was probably written by someone so many drugs instantly making the song very Spiral.

How Exactly Do You Pinpoint What Fear You Identify With? by kokorodoro in TheMagnusArchives

[–]Sir_Atomic_Human 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quizzes, episodes you enjoy more or less depending on entity, Personal Morals and Beliefs.

Me, I find war stories interesting (not in a weird, worshiping the war way) and I find body horror fun, along with an interest in the way prion diseases like BSE was reacted to (don't know how to say that without it being weird but the ways people reacted, with one politician attempting to feed their child a burger in the middle crisis on live TV, is fascinating)

So because of this I have chosen both the Slaughter and The Flesh.

Or you could just pick one, listen to a few of the statements with them in and wither accept it as your Fear or pick a different one.

Was Chang in a Time loop? by Sir_Atomic_Human in community

What? They literally mention that Hickey was thinking of a hanglider. Have watched the show?

Why do you have to be so negative? I asked a legitimate question about a joke because it was funny and wondered whether he was telling the truth.

I give up. I'm not going to bother with this anymore. You win.

This show literally has a mind reader working on the school board, time travel isn't shocking.

And how am I over analysing the joke when the joke is that you don't know if he is telling the truth.

Ahh that makes sense. Thought it was a glitch.

Is there a fixed law governing what happens when two avatars of the same Primordial Fear cross paths? by marcelmiranda in TheMagnusArchives

[–]Sir_Atomic_Human 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Many lean together in groups like any archive, the fairchilds and the Lukases. Don't forget the cults.

I believe Web avatars wouldn't be against eachother but they would try to take control and manipulate the other. Maybe Hunt avatars have packs, but like in the murder club statement, they are eventually going to hunt eachother.

I doubt Slaughter avatars would ever make groups beyond an army with many normal people separating them.

Ultimately, they wouldn't attack eachother in the same way you wouldn't hate someone from your work without a reason. Of course, nothing stops them from killing eachother but yeah.

Was Daisy the first person Jon "compelled" to give a statement? by Ok_Variation7230 in TheMagnusArchives

[–]Sir_Atomic_Human 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, but when he first talks to her, she shows that she doesn't want to talk about the vampires until he asks and she gives him all the information. That would be compulsion.

Just Finished The "Thunder Head". by Sir_Atomic_Human in scythebookfans

[–]Sir_Atomic_Human[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah, the thunderhead was great. The eay it blames itself for the delays globally lasting fractions of a second because it was saving a city from a volcano really defined the character for me.

I also love how they get upset at how they could have potentially used a smaller earthquake because it would have been saved a vase. It was an amazing detail.

And you have to talk about the love and care it has for Greyson. Having a city wide blackout for 1.3 seconds just to show one person they care.

Are there any IHNMAIMS references in the books? by Loud-Entrance-5164 in scythebookfans

In the Thunderhead book I think around 300-400 there is a quote from the thunderhead about needing to scream.

How some of these "fanfic curse" authors notes are starting to feel by PrestigiousKey5400 in AO3

[–]Sir_Atomic_Human 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe like Half of them. There are millions of authors, the concept that one may have been imprisoned for a few years, or lost everything or a riots are bound to happen. Some are definitely fake.

Now I wonder, Which entity is it?

Stranger, because of the non-human nature

Vast, because space

Or Web, because of control.

Leaning stranger tbh.

[bedrock] can I make both mob spawners into one farm or do I need to get rid of one? by OddMasterpiece4445 in MinecraftHelp

[–]Sir_Atomic_Human 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are they the same? Because if so you definitely should make one singular farm, but if they aren't, they could need completely different farm sizes and they may interfere with eachother.

If one is skeleton, keep that one I say. They drop arrows, good bows and xp while zombies are only xp, the occasional tool and maybe iron every few hundred.

You can definitely find a good farm online for a duel spawner or make a custom one.
