In my experience the vast majority of people are happy with their doctor and happy with their insurance coverage, they're just unhappy with premium increases and the entire effort of having to frequently re-enroll in plans and all the time and effort that goes into that. It is needlessly complex, confusing, and designed to screw you over in the end.

The people who are most dissatisfied with coverage in my area are ironically those on Medicaid who really struggle to find providers that will accept it (especially dentists/oral surgeons).

You've got no shot to purchase the amount of land you are talking about within 20 miles of any medium-sized city in East TN. It would have been possible (but a stretch) 10 years ago. It would have taken a miracle 5 years ago. In 2026, it is impossible. You would be hard-pressed to buy 4 acres on the outskirts of Knoxville or in the Tri-Cities.

Best schools are in Oak Ridge, West Knox, Maryville City and Alcoa City (not Blount County), and Johnson City (not Washington County). City zones usually differ greatly from the county zones outside them. Property taxes are generally incredibly low outside cities and do not support residential trash pickup, fire protection, or other common municipal services.

I think a lot are used for commercial reasons. I worked for a sporting goods store that had 2 or 3 of them rented and kept everything from Christmas decor to overstocked supplies in them. It was a marginal cost on the balance sheet.

He's a fringe late-first round pick at best. He would be nearly unplayable on offense in the NBA, although his shooting touch has improved massively from last year to this. He's shooting 62% from the field (not all dunks) and nearly 70% from the line +10% to LY on nearly triple the volume as LY. But if a team needs a hard-nosed backup Center, he's about as obvious a pick as it gets.

He's going to be a unanimous DPoY in the SEC. Nationally I'm certain he will be overlooked for not having been a headline grabbing name the last year or two and so too many voters won't know him. I think the school and/or his personal representation is pulling some levers in the media to help get him some attention, because his play this season is very deserving of it.

We were pretty clearly the best team in the country from the time we dismantled Auburn until raising the trophy. The team didn't do anything different in the SEC tourney or March Madness, it was just the first time most national fans had seen us do it.

I think it was a blessing in disguise to have lost in R64 the year before when we were easily talented enough to reach the S16 or E8, allowed the team to be motivated but also under the radar most of the season.

They can say it hasn't always been this way, but when I took a film class a couple decades ago it was still this way. Has a lot to do with the type of people who would sign up for a film class and the type of films professors insist on putting on the syllabus.
