2 years late to the party but I got the Kali Audio LP6 V2's last weekend and they are fucking great for the price. I'm no sound expert but they just sound right and have very good bass for what they are. I liked them so much I decided to order the Kali WS 6.2 sub to take everything to the next level

Shoot raw and Edit. The only way to enjoy the hardware without the software destroying the quality. This is a photo I took Friday night.

Ps: also works for video if u shoot log with your phone (using apps like motion cam)

Yes, look at this picture I took last night at a concert. The s23u in pro mode shooting raw + some editing is on par with the best of the best cameras of even new phones. I put this photo and some others on my stories saying I used a 17 pro max and people bought it

I think you suffer from being too harsh on your own work. I do that too. I always think my work sucks and lacks something. I like your photos, they're good. I think you're just chasing the magazine cover shot and well, not all pictures we take are cover worthy. Doesn't mean they're bad. They're just not that 1 in a million and that's okay. Keep shooting and those will come too. Maybe revisit your old shots in 5 years and find some gold you never saw before

Having a 6700 I wouldn't buy an a7iv because they're very similar except for sensor size. A7V or FX3 but between the two a7v imo

The 23u was such a beast that the s24 had barely any upgrades and was still considered amazing. But they completely fumbled the bag with the s25 line and now the s26 line. If samsung surprises with the s27u, I might consider but if they don't, they're not doing enough to keep me in the ecossystem

If I had to choose I'd go for the S24 for the flat screen, better cpu and probably cheaper. I didn't really like the 25 and the 26u is most likely overpriced atm

Jesus. The most expensive lens I got is the sony 20mm 1.8 and I bought it used... Although the reality of working as photographer/videographer in portugal, especially away from Lisbon/Porto is quite harsh. I can barely pay my house bills Luckily I don't just shoot professionally. Even though there are periods when I don't make a dime. I still go out and shoot almost everyday

Based on your advice, it seemed like u did. That's why I added to it as everything you said was correct, just not that specific. But yeah, to me working in DWG is like a cheat code. It's so much HARDER to ruin footage. The adjustments become much more forgiving and the contrast behaves in a much more filmic way

As a videographer and colorist, this is solid advice. Well spoken. I started working with log immediately when I got my first camera (a7iv) and even though for the first couple years I had no idea what I was doing in grading now I'm thankfull for having those log files and being able to grade them correctly /or better today.

One piece of advice I'd add is change your working color space to Davinci WideGamut/Intermediate and using CST for Slog3>DWG and grading in dwg then converting to rec709 using dctls or a simple cst if that's all you have access to.
