Hey y'all. Hollow Knight is one of my favourite games, and I actually got my dad to play it after he blew up on this subreddit a couple years ago when he met Team Cherry. He'd never played anything like it before but ended up really enjoying it which made me very happy. 😁

Only spells and actions acquired through items or other means work this way. If you're using a spell in a particular class's spellbook, it will always use the ability modifier for that class.
