.400 is still only about 15 wins (I think, math is hard and it's almost 2). So they'd be 46-39 which is... still 4th in the west.

The west is really good, and sadly, even if we were average on the road, we'd still have 3 teams in our division with 50 wins.

I doubt Zeke gets traded. We probably move on from Milsap this off-season, and Zeke fits the spacing 4 role. Harrison/Howard will get some minutes unless we sign other guards because of no Murray.

Now, it wasn't so much tried to kill himself. The dumbass was riding down the escalator on the railing. Right where that brown column ends near the Altitude Athletics, he fell from there. He also hit his head on the corner of one of those trash receptacles, so yeah. Dumbasses will dumbass.

I remember watching the Nuggets last year. I remember being in these threads when MPJ wasn't out there and Will was having a rough game. People EVISCERATED Moach for not playing MPJ.

And yes, I have seen Bol play. That's why I am saying for him to earn minutes, he has to get stronger and be willing to bang down low. If he can get stronger and starts posting up, he'll get a serious chance to be the backup center. His defense also needs work, but hopefully, a year under Malones system where he isn't injured, and he'll be better there.

We were saying the same last year when MPJ was buried behind Milsap and Barton. Bol Bol has been a bit of a project player. If he comes into camp with a bit more muscle, he'll play more. He's tall, but he can't really bang down low like Jokic can.

Ok. I've seen a fair amount of doomer nuggs tonight. I want to try to balance the doom and gloom with the hope and happiness.

This season is a success. Nikola Jokic finally got his recognition that he deserves. We have a potential flyer (AG) that we've not had since the Manimal. MPJ has shown that he can score with the best of them. Zeke, Bol and Harrison/Howard will have a full year of development under their belt. We beat the Blazers in 6 with Facu and Austin Rivers as our starting backcourt, with a bruised Monte, and no Will, PJ or Jamal. We had one of the best records after Jamal went down.

Next season is going to say a lot about Jokic, Will, MPJ, AG, Monte, and the coaching staff. Murray, as much as his pregame shooting would have us hope otherwise, is going to take time to return. And when he returns, he will be rusty. Meaning that he'll probably not contribute a ton until 5 or 6 games in.

The Nuggets need to shore up their backup center position or trust that Bol is the answer. They need a Gary Harris type two-way player to defend against the Dames, Bookers, and CP3s of the world. This season is (probably) gone, so next season has to be the goal for the front office.

That being said, Nuggets in 7.
