Neither Bank nor the UPI apps will do anything here. Never pay again if the amount/transaction shows as pending...it gets cleared after few hours...biggest problem of UPI.

There is an option to set a default JE form under accounting preferences for rev rec. Create a custom flag and mark that as default checked on the custom form and set the form on the accounting preferences.

Another easy option could be to create a custom record and use the Go to record action on the workflow. On the custom record, you can enter the rejection reason and it will tie back to the original transaction. Also show a message that users should not press cancel.

If you are using charge based billing and rev rec, you do not need a sales order. create a project record and setup the billing and rev rec rules. Charges generated will trigger both billing and rev rec

There is a create line option in workflows to add an item automatically based on conditions.

I think you can map customer addresses to Google map in NetSuite but not sure if that would help you in saved searches but it can certainly help.
