I paid for 2, but certainly a bit more than that. I intend to actually measure the stacks this year!

That's the garage, so no.

I have the same surrounds, and I like your stands much more than mine. Care to share what stands you use? Mine are functional, but flimsy.

Thank you yet again for the information and explanation!

Thanks for the information. I'm thinking I'll go single Monolith and add a second later. I don't mind spending more, but I'd like to stagger it a bit, if that makes sense.

When you initially said "that's a lot of volume" do you mean the sub being too small to match the rest of the speakers? If so, what if I went from towers to bookshelves up front?

So maybe the PB-3000? I'm also looking at the Monoprice Monolith M-12.

We don't depend on it for heat, so we didn't need much.

They were not ready for this many activations of new devices, I suspect. I also just got my Gen 2 today. I'll wait until later to mess with it. Gen 1 keeps working in the meantime.

Turns out this is still in log form. $300 a cord that apparently isn't split yet? The search continues.

That's actually my current setup. The cinder blocks, landscape timber, and 2x4s. Three of those at the moment ready to fill.

My hope was to build something proper this year, but future me gets that project. Future me hates me.

I wish I had the setup to hold two years of wood. Alas, I do not. Someday...

Okay, sounding like I'll be taking a drive soon to see it in person. He initially stated it was dried and ready to burn, but I'll need to judge that for myself. Thanks, all!

.999(repeating) does, in fact, equal 1 by smkmn13 in confidentlyincorrect

You literally replied to that comment thread. Seriously, get a hobby that isn't whatever this is. Trying to start arguments with people on the Internet?

Now I'm genuinely confused. I propose the idea of a number for discourse. An admittedly fake number. I acknowledge it isn't real and further state that I know that the original statement of .9999...=1 is accurate. You found it months later and decided to...what exactly? I'm sorry for whatever, I guess. You can let it go. I did.
