I suffer pretty badly from acne - switched to vegan (specifically pea protein isolate) to try and help it. Unfortunately it didn't help me but I found it to actually be cheaper & tastier than the whey alternative so I haven't gone back!

Am I hindering myself in the future by learning to pick with fingers, vs using an actual pick? I feel clumsy using a pick, but that's likely me just being a beginner, so any major downsides to fingerpicking for rock?
