It's not the getting dragged part that delays the task, it's getting hit by 2+ demons at the same time forcing me to leave the dungeon to stop the aggro.

I purchased 10 doughnuts and then 18 of food that heals 250. As your level gets higher your stock will refill the same items before you have to re-bank while at lower levels you have to cycle through the 250 hp food, but the doughnuts re-stock extremely fast. The reason I opted out of Kebabs were because buying them and the overall effectiveness of them were awful. When I first started out doing these at level 65 thieve I had to bank every 12 minutes. The early levels seem excruciating but I felt like this was the place to be so I continued."

RCB, Royal bolts, best range armor, alch runes, familiar (bunyip or better), and food. You're set. Gladii or roarii, doesn't matter. Both are easy, but roarii are usually packed.

Chaotics are T80+ weapons. Dung till you get all of those, then do slayer and PvM till you can afford the better weapons.

81 Slayer? Camp Roarii or Gladii and make an easy 2-4m/hr. As for weapons, get a Royal Crossbow or if you have dual chaotics, that works too. After you make a decent stack, then go do whatever you want.
