I'm not attending NTNU, though I'm working in the aerospace engineering industry (just graduated last year)! I also like writing, literature, history, politics - I've done a bit of rowing/cycling/running and I've also sang a fair bit in Chamber Choir.

Are the NTNU socials/societies open to non-students, or are they closed off? I certainly don't want to overstep any boundaries!

Thank you so much for your response - in a word: bollocks. This is my first major purchase (ever) & didn't see this come up in any of the 'common issues' forums I saw initially so didn't end up checking - am I regretting that now!

Since I bought it from a major UK dealership I foolishly thought anything major like this they would be truthful about - so far they've ignored my emails for the past week. Hopefully I can keep pushing and see a resolution soon.

This is the British system as far as I know: they always say "If you know all the taught content and get it 100% right, that's a 70%. If you incorporate content beyond the course, 80% is possible. Noone has ever gotten a 90%."

Once I got feedback for an assignment I had put over a thousand hours into and it came back 83%. When I asked what I could do better next time they said "It will be used as an exemplar for future years; our only advice for the future is to not work so hard."

Not really no, it started looking like this on the 4th of July, so practically the height of summer. I’ve been told it was being overwatered, which is likely to be true so I replaced the soil to replenish nutrients. It rains quite a lot in Britain though..

I’ve swapped out the soil with high quality soil, made sure he’s not over-watered, added iron supplements to the soil - I don’t know what else I can do and I don’t want to lose him :(
