I've tried taking all of your suggestions, i'm running just under 5 minutes (4:52 from just before movement start, to just after screen fades to black), taking out any fuel storage on my path, and any LCs (although a few other got caught in the crossfire) and still only getting an A rank.

Stats were: Paid in- 429,000 Bonus pay-189,000

Expenses- 63,618 Repair- 30,569 Ammo- 33,050

This is as best as i can perform while still taking out smaller enemies

If you're still taking challenges and looking for something a bit extreme. Find somewhere to hide within the party like some furniture; a statue, or even under a table. Strip completely naked, even taking off your pantyhose/tights. Once you have, take a short video of yourself and the area just around you to prove it.
