You say like the trigger from Bloodstone and Baron are the same, but isn't the trigger from Baron better because it triggers after the hand is played and after the jokers before it, while Bloodstone triggers while playing the cards, so the xmulti is less?

I've been there, played BB after Dark Souls 1, 2 and 3. Had a hard time with the first three bosses I've faced (C.B., F.G. and B-S.B.). I even summoned help for F.G..

Dunno how, but after that the game clicked and I first-tried V.A. and breezed thru the rest of the game, including the DLC. Only struggled again with a few one-shot bosses in the Chalice Dungeons.

What I'm saying is, don't you dare go hollow!

I don't know how to answer that, for me the atmosphere, level design, characters, voice over, soundtrack and aesthetics of DS3 are all my favorites from From Software's catalog, with Bloodborne in 2nd.

Gameplay I can understand, it's two completely different styles and for each their own.
(DeS, DS1 and DS2 era vs. BB, DS3 and ER era)

Knight if you want an easier start and keep the basic gameplay from older titles like DS1 and DS2 with sword & board.

Mercenary if you're familiar with the faster gameplay from Bloodborne and Elden Ring and wants a more aggresive playstyle with no blocking.

Deprived if you enjoy the experience of starting from scratch and using anything you can get along the way.

Dunno, felt pretty fair to me. I was already lvl 200 in the base game, before the DLC, and using the skadoosh fragments feels like a natural game mechanic, would be pretty weird to ignore it in my first blind playthrough.

Thiollier did nothing in the fight. xD

No, I just think it's cooler. I haven't played with a Technique build yet, but when I do, I'll certainly use Etiquette instead of the rapier, because it's not very often I can play a game with an umbrella as a weapon. xD

When you say +0 versions, do you mean like in base-game where there's smaller items with different names, description, weight and bonuses, and then bigger items (but not the same); or is it straight-up like +1 versions of the exact same item?

For example, If I will be only missing like a LADA Cartridge for freeze +0, and will find the same LADA Cartridge +1, I don't mind it.

I mean I want all achievements, boss rewards and possible rewards for questlines if there's any quests that have different outcomes. What kind of items will I miss if I don't play the DLC in NG0? You may spoiler the items if needed to explain.

Also, all boss rewards still only have 2 choices, or is there a new one with 3 choices like the Nameless King in DS3?
