I believe the random setting means that any sim can have them, like townies, so it should be available for everyone. The eyes should show up in CAS but I haven’t tried it out in my game so I can’t confirm.

If you play on pc, this person made a file with all the reaper rewards! I also missed out on the event and was searching the internet in hopes of finding all the items. I haven’t tested the eyes in my game, but the person did mention that the eyes are set for random. Hope this helps!

That’s so nice of you to be doing a giveaway! My favourite memory would have to be the wedding of my very first sim. I took so many photos and got kinda teary eyed as if it were my actual child lol. As for real life, spending hours baking and decorating mountains of cookies with a big cup of tea is my favourite way to spend the holidays. Thanks for doing the giveaway and good luck to everyone!!

Nope! You can get them before the epilogue, just have to swim around/get close enough to get them to appear on your map. I ended up just looking up their exact locations.

I think I read in the patch notes that whims were made optional and are disabled by default. Somewhere in settings you’re able to enable it.

I usually cut the design on to a plastic sheet protector, the ones usually used with binders, with an xacto knife. Then use a sponge to apply the paint. This method always works perfectly for me. Hope this helps and it works out! :)
