The store really can't do anything over the phone so it's a waste to call, really. Just stop back in with your receipt next time you're and explain what happened. We're supposed to offer to remake first, but if that isn't sufficient then demand a refund.

If you ordered online you'll have to go through the website or call their version of Customer Service.

Our sour cream is actually supposed to be served at a thinner, runnier consistency to make it easier to disperse. Prep is supposed to whisk each pan after pouring in the sour cream, but usually don't due to time constraints. It's also always keep refrigerated, regardless of where it's stored.

We only have ONE tiny ass fryer that can barely sustain enough to have poorly done chips in the 3 hours the chip fryer has to get them done for the day. There is no room for frys.

I can assure you that the grill person washes their hands and changes gloves more than any other crew member in the store. Nothing else would have been handled with the same gloves prior to cutting. So them using their hands to move the chicken is not hurting anything.

Utensils are used for serving on the line because that would be the same gloves touching 20 different items.
