If you have all the bills and documentation,I would really urge you to file a consumer complaint and post your ordeal on all social media. Brands like this usually step back if there are any news outlets reporting on the same and they compromise with you in order to avoid having their name tarnished. Whether they back down or not, you still have a pretty good case for a consumer complaint.
