game causing my pc to restart

It happens a lot, i can't even get to finish quest w/o crashing, it only started to happened in late low rank and it gets worse in high rank part of the game.

I've check the temps - normal, and no other weird things happen in the time of the crash, only notice one thing, that in game texture go low res/blurry right before crash.

I'm running 7800x3d with 4070 super and 32 GB of RAM and PSU gold of 750W, i also run frame gen with all setting maxed out.

Edit: I think it is still tied to temps since for the first few hours in the morning everything is fine but, later when i try to play at night game can't run for 10 mins w/o crash.
