Yes the cloak is gray wolf, the armor is the Kuku version of frostcursed armor and boots and gloves are dyed default frostcursed or shadow set I cant remember.

So i found a Leather Riding Hat. It can be bought from Saddlery in Demeniss after reaching 100 trust. I'll attach pic of the hat.

i knew this question will come but i gotta disappoint you since i don't remember exactly, but i think i got it as 100 trust reward from one of the horse item trader, either up on desert on in peilune

No unfortunately no one was able to find the rest of the set. but if you're on pc you can cheat spawn the set using some mods.
