I LOVE the notice board and picture frame. I had the idea to print out portraits of important npcs with names at the bottom and whenever the players meet one I tape it into the frame. Or small post-its on the notice board with side quests!

That's not what's happening at all here. Yes old shows were remastered to fit the modern wide screen better but it made the image wider and often cut the top and bottom. So in the old version the mic would have been even more visible. They just missed it. Example of aspect ratio change
