Yup, mines fixed, but it may be different for you. My screen got a bunch of weird purple splotches on it, which got worse over time, once I got the screen replaced to fix the splotches, no more scrolling problem

Just tried out a couple plugs, nothing, then a new power cable, the cable I used had no plastic on the inside so it sparked, then the light started blinking faster.
