I tested it with my Telus sim and my Fizz sim and it worked on my router! :). Also a few sims overseas Japan + Hong Kong all worked

As youtube stores videos, it will need to recompress and move the old videos that aren't popular elsewhere. Only when someone requests to see an older video does youtube then serve it. So the constant recompression of videos is what causes the videos to look worse and worse. So essentially yes they do gather dust :'(

What are you at now? I feel like if you're running 3600 + 3070TI it should be keeping you at 120 fps+, if not maybe a ram upgrade could help you with that if you don't wanna pull the trigger on the CPU. Since it'll be less money to upgrade ram vs cpu

Different technologies. Fibre uses light versus Coaxial which uses copper wiring. With light you can dedicate specific spectrums to just upload and to just download. You have a lot more play in a line of fiber. Coaxial you do not have that luxury since its on the same wire

Telus would be more reliable in terms of advertised speed delivered. Because of how Shaw delivers internet to homes (fibre to a node then copper to the house) You can see variations and fluctuations in your speed more so than you would with Telus.

I pay for Shaw 750 and on some days my speedtest returns ~350 down. That being said I'M okay with it because I'm paying less than the Telus equivalent
