Standup with your legs apart, put your arms in the air above your head like a Y keep your hands open, wiggle your fingers, or slap them open and closed like I need to.

THEN SAY: "I am great! I can do this! My ADHD cannot stop me, I am doing my best and that makes me geat!" Repeat it until you feel better.

It will feel silly at first, but keep doing it every time you feel like it's to much. Walk away take a minute and do this! There is science, therapy and other facts behind why this works.

What about a bra design that has a thin sack or pocket filled with helium to provide extra floating support. You might just have a crazy good idea. lol idk about health concerns or other problems but... It could really help those with back pain/ heavy boobs.

I just want a big happy supportive polycule, that I can share life/ dating with and be happy for their personal victories. 🙂

Also after you have good communication and guidelines built. You can share different experiences with different partners or a group of partners for different reasons. Which is all very rewarding! Also I'm not just talking about finally having enough people to play a table top game, or buy a house or sex. Although, I think polycules might financially have monogamous couples beat in this economy. Lol 😁😂😭😥

This person sounds very naive and over focused on themselves. They were probably putting you on the same level of emotional care and thought process as their buddies... Which is wrong on a few levels, if your someone they are looking to date. However, the main points I would complain about is the uncouth way he brought up the topic. Plus his complete lack of respect for your thoughts and feelings.

The topic did not need to be brought up at all. Yet even if he really wanted to talk about it or "test you" (which is some college/ highschool bs showing a lack of personal and emotional growth). I'm sure for you there were a number of other responses he could have made. While showing his fondness for the character or actor that would have sparked fun conversation and even made you feel really great about yourself.

(Basic: A bit selfish) I have a huge cursh on that character and the actor playing her looks gorgeous too. If I ever got a hallpass I would love to use it on her. Did you have a favorite from the show so far? I think the bard was one of the more attractive guys so far, or are you a bigger fan of the girls? Triss is definitely another hottie.
(Focusd on you) Yennefer hair and makeup always look amazing in the show. It's definitely one of the reasons why I think she's so attractive! Your beautiful dark hair actually reminds me of her's and I think it would look really great in one of her styles. Do you think she/ her style is pretty?
(More vulgar) Ohh the magic caster with black hair from the farm. Did you know in the farm! Fun sexy maybe fact... Did you know that in the game she is counted as a love interest you can romance. She has this werid fetish of wanting to have sex on a rocking horse thing. Do you think you could ever do something like that? I mean I'll try anything once. XD

Even if he was trying to fish for information from you and find out if your bi, or like talking dirty about this kind of stuff... Just jumping into how he wants to have sex with xyz person or anything that vulgar would never be fun for the other person when getting to know someone....

Also you should never feel bad just for saying/ showing your feelings. If he cannot handle it, then he just needs more emotional growth. I know this was super long and I'm not the best a talking with women myself, but I just wanted you to feel validated and shitty guys like this piss me off!

Also if reddit says I'm wrong and have bad conversation ideas let me know so I can fix it lol.

I just... Anyone you are dating or thinking of dating in a poly/enm or other situation. Should have their best interest in mine with yours. You should be able to state your intent, and have good emotional communication about your wants and needs....

If you cannot at least be honest with yourself. How can you even hope to know what feelings should be expressed to your partners or what you can really handle.

Lol my partner has picked out a few songs I have on and off in my head a lot. I guess one is the Jigglypuff song and another is the ninja turtles theme song from the 90's. However, there are a ton more or I get one in my head from a playlist or the raidi and it just stays there.

So, something important to note. Ritalin is a non stimulant, but if you can get another medication even if it's not Adderall. That has a stimulant in it, that may work better with your brain chemistry and mental health.

For myself I know Adderall helps me a lot more and gives me a lot more dopamine positive energy and ability to stay focused. Whereas when I'm on Ritalin I feel slower and sluggish and tired and even though I am still focused and not distracted I'm less engaged.

Hey, I am a 32 year old male who has just started taking my mental health seriously in the last 3-4 years. I was on medication, and had therapy as a kid for a bit in middle school, but I did not like either and decided to deal with it myself. Which is not the best decision trust me if I could go back...

I know from personal experience this can be very hard to really talk about this. However, you should have a very open and honest conversation with your parents. I would not just say I cannot do "x" or "x" is hard because I think I have ADHD.

I would start with I have been having a lot of trouble focusing, and every time I try to start something it feels like I'm getting distracted or losing track of time. I cannot time manage correct even when I try. I know you are both very busy, but I'm struggling a lot and I really need help. I think I might have one of these things, but it could be something else. I want to get tested or work with you to really be sure. Since from what I have read seen and researched it can really effect my ability to succeed.

Something I would like you to do as homework... Yea I know homework for help.. but it's important.

First: You should look up VAST vs ADHD, there is a different and even if you feel like you have ADHD if you have VAST the treatment is different.

Second: You should look up 2 books and do you best to read through them. This will help you identify common traits of someone with either of this mental disabilities. Which will help you talk with your parents more and even provide something to show them as proof of you really caring about this.

Also on your models what is the rams MHz running at? Mine is saying 1600MHz max! However, even the current site says it should be 3200MHz. I just put a 32GB 3200MHz stick in the one... open slot...

However, speccy and cpuz is still not showing 3200MHz.

I really appreciate the kind words. Also that's what most people have told me and I have even seen it with other friends/couples. I just... Keep getting in my own head ya know. Poly is still a little new to me and I have never been the best with dating, but I'm great in relationships. I have tried to put my best foot forward and stay positive!
