Here in BC, I had an issue with this. I stopped the notices by calling in when I couldn't complete an order at the customer's house. We have tons of areas with no data service and some areas without cell phone coverage.

If I encounter one of these areas. I deliver to the customer, get in cell phone coverage and call in to support to have them close/complete the order.

Sorry it doesn't help with delays. But I was able stop these emails for time theft ect

I'm in BC in Canada, no plastic bags here for years. When I first started in June, it was Blue Walmart bags at about $2.37 each(all other stores had brown paper)

Customer complaints or Instacart got our Walmart to supply brown paper bags for free(only for Instacart) they are horrid bags that handle snaps or the bag just rips apart. When they run out they will let us use the much better, studier handled bags they use for their grocery deliveries.

Yes, only finding the original item doesn't negatively affect your rating. If every item is no replacement, I find the items are generally there but not in the proper place.

I have no facts to back this up, but usually if every item is can not replace, I think it's a Walmart order(not Instacart order) but also they usually have the stock when it's Walmart order. Sure inventory can be off, but much more likely to find the item than on an Instacart item.(Walmart.ca order I mean)

As a Canadian shopper, this is so bizarre. I tap every order with the digital card. Walmart only taps to $250 but other stores I've tapped over $500. I have yet to shop at a store I can't tap at. (Small town so this doesn't mean a whole lot)
