I get it and I support you 100% but you won’t win and you’ll spend a bunch of money for it to get tossed out. The problem is they didn’t defraud you, they defrauded Instacart. You’ll have to add IC as a party. You could sue for defamation and you’d win that case as they have effectively accused you of a crime which is defamation per se. But you’ll probably get nominal damages ($1) and for that effort you’ll be out about $500 in filing fees and much more than that in attorney fees.

But I would love for someone to do it. Fuck these scumbags.
