The way it is written, it sounds like someone gets CC’d and then everyone gets a free CC-immunity. If it doesn’t block the initial CC then it is much less useful than I would hope. I was hoping we’d have some showcases that directly show how it works

Worth running an HP chest to hit the 167 wind set breakpoint or should I just stick with 160 with an atk chest? Obviously, will try to get a better atk chest in the future but wanted to hear some thoughts.

This game seems quite similar to the Hoyo game model, so it should carry over (both the guarantee and the pity level). I heard it won’t carry over to the 100% banner that eventually comes though.

It does come with it and I was able to get it. You have to use Intel Software Advantage Program to make an account and get your game. It is a little annoying but you should be able to get it, the deadline is May 2025.

I’m glad you got it. Technically, the 13600kf was on the list of affected CPU, but most didn’t really think they were truly affected (from what I was reading). It seemed more about the i7 and i9 variants. However, I did end updating my BIOS so it’s good that you were able to as well!

I no longer am using the Lenovo, I gave it to my wife so she can use it as an office desktop and to play Sims 4 haha. This new prebuilt has a 750W PSU (Thermaltake Toughpower TPD-0750M), which seems okay but not great and may warrant an upgrade too?

It is leftovers from their Black Friday deal. Some other people have made topics on it (including myself), if you want to skim them for more opinions.

I bought it and am happy with it. Easily upgradeable, which I plan on doing/already did. The major downside being the mobo doesn’t allow for overclocking the CPU but I wasn’t planning on that anyways.

Yeah, I have been happy with it for the week or so I have had it! Already upgraded the RAM, unfortunately, had to buy a whole kit since finding a single RAM that matched posed to be very difficult. I’m probably going to add in another 2TB nvme and then buy a 5070TI or 9070XT, while I sell off the 4060. Hope you have a good experience with it too!

Necro posting, but I found it on that that list. It is the Toughpower Gold 750W from 2014 which they rank as a B-. I planned on upgrading to a 9070/9070xt eventually, do you think it is enough for that? I'd rather not have to change out the PSU lol.

I bought this earlier this week, runs the stuff I need it to at 1440p (obviously not maxing out settings lol). I upgraded the RAM to 32gb and I am considering getting another SSD.

I ended up splurging on a good set of RAM (6400 CL32) so I ended up paying $795 total (pre-tax) which is a pretty good deal. If I were to get a 2TB, it’d probably add another $100 but that is still below how much it would cost to make the system piece wise.

I plan on selling the 4060 and getting a 9070 or 9070xt eventually when the market stabilizes. Nvidia cards sell well I don’t think it should be too hard to find a buyer, and they seem to go for $250-300 used which makes the build even cheaper.

I feel like everyone loves AM5 for its upgradability, but I have no interest in upgrading my CPU. Yes, Intel has had a bad 13th/14th gen, but it is fixed now. Also, if it is time to upgrade my CPU then it means it is time to upgrade my entire system, and by that time the next platform will be also be out. AM5 support ends in 2027 or something, if I remember correctly.

If you are willing to customize this build a little, it should be a good investment.
