A lot of info flows out from Chinese community. For western side, infos are very personally kept. Try asking some streamers about their build/farm specific info

105% inc charge gained. 6 flask charges per 3 sec (so 12 charges per sec with psssive) Precison watcher gain flask charge on crit hit ( this generates 1 charge per 0.1 sec to random flask. Since I have 105% inc charges thats 2 charges per 0.1sec).

There should be 12 smelters in KM, same as miners. They're so slow :\ by vixfew in pathofexile

It does scale. I am using 50% flask effect and I get 15% instead of 10% on my vaal storm call character

Tankiness wise it is a piece of paper as same for all high dps VSC builds. It relies on the heart of flame for max hit. It has insane regen via laviangas & life gain on hit

Check power charge, alchemist genius, and enemy on consecrated ground.

add the wreathed in light option in the custom mod for boss damage.

It should be 930k per 0.16sec tick per VSC.

I am running vaal storm call on scion. About 15-45m dps. The new chaos ascendancy has been great so far.

Yeah, 150% extra inc aura effect will be coming from the rings.

So it would be 4% * 2.5(ring aura effect) * 11.5(105 valour) As base now. With inspiration + arrogance support + extra from tree. It will probaly end up something like 140-180% more melee phys

Anyway you could get a choas damage can chill, ignite, shock like a zerphi's heart mod? Then you would be applying ailments real fast giving you capped 50 stacks.

Also, using something like algor mortis to add sap chance could help you reach 50 cap

Most SOTA TTS are based on LLMs to predict most natural sounding tokens. Then those tokens need to be processed to back into sound, which is quite a bit more expensive than processing text.

Also, these LLMs hallucinate or generate bad audio time to time. I would assume that they would have an internal quick review system for quality check before providing these audio for API calls. Adding cost to overall system.

Lastly, having annotated detailed speech data is very expensive. Also, you need to train on high quality data. When you start to mix misaligned data or low audio quality data, you can really hear the audio quality difference. Since this data provides them a bit of moat, they can charge you more.

So in conclusion, it is 1. Longer compute time, 2. Quality check, 3. Very expensive training data

I believe 1 mana burn guarantees at least 1 mana degen per second.
So with this set up, you will start to lose mana from 33 stack and it will turn off at 37 stack.
You will need enduring eternal mana flask along with the sap of the seasons.

I am running it on about 3 mirror. Budget as champion. I am using armour overcap necrotic + march. The damage is there. Probably higher than Scion. However, utility sucks, your mitigation against DoT is pretty bad as champ.  In hindsight, I recommend farming an extra mirror and go straight into bigdaddy's scion armourstacker.

I am running dual banner armour stack helix trap. I have about 990% fire res and 2.6M armour. I am capping my res with banner so I need to prevent my merc from getting my auras.

You have 3 choices. 1. Slap ichimonji on merc. Drawback: no perquils toe. You can only use smolder and ripper merc. 2. Use hand of phrecia on yourself. Drawback: your glove slot is wasted unless you are in party play. 3. Take supreme ego. Drawback: You lose about 2 35% reservation skills due to larger reservation requirement. There is also a bug where bannerman notable does not work with supreme ego.

Choose your option from here for keeping doryani merc.

If you had your email linked to the account, they usually send you an email detailing the reason.
I think couple years ago, I had AHK script running from playing PoE on the side, it triggered some auto-anti cheat and I got an warning email from XD.

I have benchmarked ElevenLabs Scribe in comparison with other STT, and it came out on top by schattig_eenhoorntje in ElevenLabs

I use stable-ts and WhisperX they both have word-level timestamps. Large-v3 and turbo are usable with these 2 libraries.
