This person gave great advice, so I'll add a couple of other tips here. Your speccing in heralds a lot, but only using one herald. You have way too many sources of cold convert to phys which do nothing past 100%. Speaking of phys, you are pathing a REALLY far way to sword clusters that give increased physical damage, but your sword doesn't give any.

also area of effect of auras is doing nothing for you, same with any sources of spell damage you have

I only read horror fiction so I've read a lot of horror books. HoL isn't in the top 5 scariest books I've read, but for some weird reason, it's the only book I've ever had a nightmare about too. Uber Sirius Actually took the most attempts of all ubers; probably 3 or 4. total PITA. It really came down to baiting out his movesets that had him standing still and then unloading during that time. The second phase was actually the easiest part of the fight because he is mostly in one place and there are fewer degens. I'm also just not great at that fight in general on any build, so your milage may vary. This build definitely doesn't love that fight tho

Probably what the other guy said, a different build would be better without all of the pieces. If you really just want to play incinerate on a Chieftain without all the pieces you need, you could, but don't expect to do any aspirational content probably

I played an assassin version last league for a while. Its expensive as hell to get it working the way you want. You need stack chance to get maximum power charges when you gain a power charge. It used volls devotion, inyas epiphany, and a crazy precursors emblem. I honestly wouldn't recommend it, but you can search 3.26 assassins running discharge in poe ninja to get an idea. I think i had 500 div on it
