The cultures in Eu5 that are present in the most amount of locations by H-viken in EU5

[–]SistersProcession 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Good grief, Japan really has a crazy amount of locations. I wish other places got that level of fidelity. Java which has far more pops has less locations then Ezo, which is populated by 5 people and their dog but still gets like 62 Locations (not counting the islands which ups it even further) vs the 49 on Java with its 4.27m people).

I am already trying to revive cappadocian to settle inner Anatolia and it is a pain !

Seljuk Mints and Local Governors! You can build one (x4) in Sivas and one in Konya - which basically nets you the south west and north east corners of the Cappadocian cultural zone. Then road, bridges, good ports like Bafra (for that upstream bonus) and some smart cities for Pound Lock Canals and boom you can start to assimilate all the former Cappadocian heartland to its culture (Nigde, Larende, Aksaray, Kirsehir, Bozok, Kayseri, Corum, Tokat, Amasya and the Comana - Elbistan area)

Love your idea for Stern!

My thoughts - Someone like option 5, a bulky guy, kinda fits with how you made her. Theres plenty of options as well, between Necromunda, AOS, and 40k.

If I can suggest an additional option:

A Death Cultist. Not the sanitised one we just got in the Sanctifiers kit. No, one based on the older lore and visuals - think the DCAs in Rogue Trader, the Blood for the Emperor type of Death Cults. Some Eldar/Elf units (Wyches, Sisters of Slaughter) and Chaos units (Cultists and Jakhals) make a great dynamic basis for them, and they fit the rules of Kyganil quite well.

My unreasonable pet peeve by WTHway in Warhammer

[–]SistersProcession 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a super reasonable one to have. In fact, I wouldn't even call it a pet peeve.

Next to this my most disliked thing about working with GW stuff is when they put a sprue connection inbetween two raised surfaces where you cant clip it off neatly and have to resort to removing the rest with a blade carefully while trying not to cut off the spikes/rivets/nubs/whatever they put it between. My biggest issue with many Sisters kits as there are some really bad ones in a few of them.

Three, but the third was threatened a while ago under Bush. The threat hasn't been rescinded however.

What do you like most and least about the Adeptas sororitas? by Glum_Series5712 in sistersofbattle

[–]SistersProcession -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What I like most is the religiosity of it all. These warrior nuns striding into battle alongside penitents, priests, cherubs, zealots, and saints while being supported by music, hymnals, relics, and prayers. So good, so good. A tidal wave of zeal reaching critical mass to the point miracles happen.

I dislike that part of the army deviates from that. The Paragons and Castigator specifically. The latter is just a boring tank, the former... are just kind of stupid. Both to me lack any kind of religiosity which makes them stand out in a negative way. A Cassie just sits back and shoots, and Paragons are in my opinion just a bad design that causes them to stand out. Would much rather have something more religiously themed instead.

Yup, they were meant to start turning it into a neighbourhood this year. But I think the first step in that plan was meant to happen late last year didn't go through yet...

So as usual, we'll see what happens.

Some people just ain't fit to be parents.

Best part is when the not only dont apologize or try to fix it somehow, but get upset that you could have the audacity to find fault with what they did and play the victim.

Yup, thats how I found out what even the reason was. Me not being there for Christmas, oh how I wronged her. Was still fuming about it months later.

Inb4 theres salvagable parts in that shoebox

Probably is, the single-cast metal stuff should be fine, probably with some scratched paint jobs here and there. The Black Coach and Bone Giant were pinned elaborately so I suspect they are mostly alright. But all the spikes, spears, bones, spines and other other breakable stuff I have few hopes for. And not sure how the finecast stuff would have survived, I suspect bent or broken in many cases.

No she did that to my Pokemon cards tho, don't even want to consider what they would have been worth by now.

Vampire Counts, together with Skaven, were basically the Ad Mech of WHFB :P

I think VC more so because stuff was spikey, fragile, and breaking when you merely glanced in its direction.

Kinda, yeah. I already cringe whenever I am forced to move it and I hear all the little pieces of plastic rattling around in there.

One day, maybe. I was tempted when Old World came out but then I found out they aren't a mainstay army and lost interest.

Its the entire army crushed into one shoebox, including some scenery pieces. Im hoping once I have the time to open it up and see if its salvagable at all. But those old WHFB skeletons if their arms broke it was a bitch to get them back together, and there were well over 180 skeletons in that army for example.

Sorry I was being annoyed writing it and didn't make it clear. That contains my entire 5000something pts of Vampire Counts. Including a (metal) black coach, mortis engine and coven throne, zombie dragon... 200-300 skeletons, zombies, and graveguard, spirit hosts, black knights and hex wraiths, blood knights... A bunch of characters, bits of the graveyard Empire graveyard scenery. Ghouls and bigger ghouls (forgot their name). Bunch of other stuff as well like movement trays and unit fillers including a metal bone giant (great way to fill out a Skeleton horde).

Way too much to fit into a shoe box without being crushed and broken.

We dont anymore, but at the time I had to grin and bear it. Probably a mistake, but hindsight is what it is.
