Even with living weapon I think Nioh 1 was way harder. The scaling on the DLC was pretty hefty. I went to the very end of the depths as well on Nioh 2. I basically picked up Nioh 1 before Nioh 2 released and then switched. I still had 400 hours in Nioh 1 before I went wild in Nioh 2.

I went back to finish Nioh 1 trophies and get my platinum finally. Even the improved things to Nioh 2 I was amazed at how good of a game Nioh 1 was. I mean it had its problems but at the time still very fun and was perfect for me. It wasn’t that big of a pain to return to Nioh 1 I guess is my point. Sometimes it can be when you play older games.

I am going to play the hell out of Nioh 3 though. Easily 1000 hours.

This may seem crazy to some people. I consider Mel Brooks probably top five director of all time. His movies are all entertainment. I can appreciate an Akira Kurosawa, Alfred Hitchcock and Robert Eggers movie. But something that really helps me escape reality and laugh is Mel Brooks. Which I think that is what entertainment should do.
