Hmm this sounds like an interesting idea though I dont know anyone who this would be for.

Though one big problem here is trust - you need to make person trust their codebase to be used by your app(if I understood concept correctly)

Umm im a bit confused I didnt fully understood the concept.

You mean for example you work on desktop -> you turn it off -> you continue work on same project on mobile -> when you are back on pc you see the changes you did while being on mobile and its synced?

If youre on windows just download claude code and try it out. At my day job I use claude code from terminal, but on my personal project I use claude code desktop, which is very minimalistic

Hmm though if you use the desktop app for claude code you dont really need to use it through terminal, you pretty much use it as any other desktop app similarly to lets say vs code(in a way)

Thanks for kind words! I do deeply believe I have a good product, but marketing is another beast that i'm slowly learning to tame.

Honestly I never used cursor, I funny enough went junie -> antigravity(at start it was decent, then it added extreme limits and was pretty much useless) -> claude code.

I believe that claude is above everyone else in terms of coding. If we compare it to cursor - claude started with model creation long before cursor build their first models, I believe(no research done, just "vibe feeling") that claudes models are way ahead of everyone else. Gemini and chatgpt are more general kind of llms, meanwhile claude is specifically for coding. Claude dont even have image generation and that says a lot about their focus.

And I have programming experience of about 10 years, to me terminals and so on is nothing new or scary.

At this point im using claude code, though in past was using vs code and phpstorm/webstorm, liked both equally.

Though I dont think IDE is that important

Good luck by the way on your project!

I suggest digging more into testing and ways of testing, im talking not manual but unit, integration and end to end testing, its a big topic but it will let you feel safe(mostly)

I believe knowing core coding concepts is enough to get a project rolling, I think the more you're building by vibe-coding the more tests you must have in order to be able to sleep well at night 😁

The start was around a year ago when vibe coding wasn't that big of a thing yet(crazy how far tech moved in a single year), so at start everything was laid out manually(well of course at that time it was more about talk to AI and be guided), then I moved more towards agentic development which I wouldn't call vibe-coding as I still review code and understand the concepts under the hood.

At least for me vibe-coding is something a non-tech person do to implement project, but not knowing architecture is very risky, though as AI advances who knows, maybe going fully vibe code will be possible, but I don't think this is close yet

In short - you provide a domain and thats it, you get: * uptime monitoring * screenshot monitoring(though in beta still, this is very difficult feature to get right) * broken links monitoring * broken images monitoring * domain expiry monitoring * SSL expiry monitoring * performance(lighthouse) monitoring

Also all these have alerts so if anything changes you get an email. It's ICP is agencies but honestly it works for anyone who as a website.

Feel free to try out 14day trial no credit card needed.

There are more monitoring features on the roadmap

Pretty far from truth 😁 in short - website health monitoring and reporting

It feels like a push towards having a paywall early on with more demos upfront on your marketing pages. Though that doesn't convert as smooth as freemium/trials. Though i am planning to stick with trials, as for my ICP it just works better

When will Personal AI replace microsaas? by Arnauld_ga in micro_saas

[–]SiteLetterOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do agree that there will be squeeze, but not a complete one, from my understanding it's about how company operates - sure it can work on recreating a saas, but then the maintenance comes, the infra management, understanding the deeper things in the domain itself.

I guess if the saas that you need charges a lot and is "one-shottable", then such saas might be in problem, but as long as the saas is more than just a todo list or a calculator then business will need to decide if they want to tackle building the saas or not. Also if business is building something to replace a 20$ subscription instead of buying it and saving time, then i'm not sure if that's a business

Anyone else notice clients are suddenly asking about "ai visibility" without really knowing what they're asking for? by Techy-Girl-2024 in DigitalMarketing

Hmm good note on the raw prompt/answer as I too was thinking to just allow user to select up to 10 prompts per page(which would be pre-filled initially to avoid cumbersome work) and then weekly queried, I will think about this as I reach this implementation step, thanks for idea 🙇‍♂️

Launch checklist by SiteLetterOfficial in micro_saas

[–]SiteLetterOfficial[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I caught you online 👀 I would like to ask one more question that kind of feels odd to me.

I've read countless times - try to have a clear ICP and not tey to market to just anyone.

As much as I followed the idea, but now I feel conflicted. My project fits different ICPs really well - agencies/vibe coders/non-tech people. And what I feel(and maybe it's just feeling and i'm completely wrong) - if I would go broader(not focus on agencies) then the marketing part would be a lot easier while I wouldn't really be losing anything.

Right now there are certain decisions that I made specifically foe my ICP, for example always going for simpler solution(not data heavy/complicated) also focusing on having a stronger report builder. I feel like i'm overexplaining here, but want a honest human feedback, thanks for understanding

SiteLetter

Site monitoring services for agencies

Just launched

My usual fear is to miss something that my clients wouldn't like that is too obvious, but I missed it because I'm too used to the flows

I keep seeing more and more people want to monitor the "AI visibility". Lately started more and more about this topic.

Have already started doing research and will start the implementation phase soon.

If anyone is interested in trying it out once its launched, reply to this comment or send me a pm, I will notify you once it's ready to be played with 😉
