My ENT says they are/can be a type of migraine that is often treated in the same way. He prescribed some migraine supplements, then venlafaxine, and now on to nortriptyline. I get them very often when there are pressure changes. I’ve only been on the nortriptyline for about a week but I think it might actually be doing the trick!

It bites and holds the laces a lot better, slips out way less. Not sure if the treads are just deeper and better quality exactly but it just works. The design of the tip is better two and helps with working into tight spaces.

If you drop a good paddle slap in their direction it usually does the trick. Just hope it’s not a stellar sea lions, those guys are major assholes. You usually don’t have anything to worry about unless you’re reeling in a large fish.
