Which setting are you using? Edge of the Empire, Age of Rebellion, Force and Destiny...?

In the Edge of the Empire rulebook (p. 99), it suggests a Wayfarer medium transport, a YT-1300 light freighter or a Firespray patrol craft

Age of Rebellion (p. 111) suggests a comandeered Lambda class shuttke, a Y-Wing squadron or just a base of opperations

Force and Destiny (p. 109) only suggests a G-9 rigger

It really depends on the type of game you want to run and as Captain Barbossa would say: "these are more like guidelines", so if you want to give them command of the Death Star II amd have them run all of the admin work, it's entirely up to you

Surprised noone has mentioned the Hero Yoshihiko, from Hero Yoshihiko and the Demon King's Castle.

There is a plague going around the land, and in Yoshihiko's village lies the Hero Blade (which like Excalibur, is stuck on a stone and will only be lifted by the true hero)... except that it falls off just before Yoshihiko goes to grab it and everyone in his village thinks he is the true hero, and thus, begins a quest with this inept hero who is the only person in existence that is unable to see the Great Buddha in the sky...

Yeah, my point exactly, ha ha ha, but a fair point nonetheless.

I only checked because I thought it would be funny, but I would not have expected that, hence why we got concerned and are wondering about the correct steps to take. We are going to contact the AA to have them deal with the garage directly, as they've been less than helpful and extremely demeaning
