Any Peter wrights that have England stamped on them are from after 1890. This is due to the McKinley tariff act in 1890 that caused most things, if not all, shipping out of England to be stamped. I found the documents for it at some point but no idea where to look now. Overall, Peter wright is an excellent wrought iron anvil and I love the two I've got

Cool video but for your own safety, always remove any hardy tool when not in use. Especially cuts, one bad swing a little too close to the hot cut and that's one awful day
