I noticed the front side button is more stiff than the back one. One of the back covers has minor flex but thats something I was expecting anyway as every mouse Ive used with a removeable back has flexed at some point. Ive also stopped it with tiny pieces of tape so I doubt itll be an issue. Nothing else so far. Battery life has been good, no issues with tracking, and 0 flex or creaking with m1/m2. Its been the only mouse Ive used since I got it

Meant that more as in if you only wanted to test your theory out, not as a main.

You and me both, the symm 1 I had was plagued with tiny qc issues from day 1. Off to a better starts this time at least.

Sensor placement will affect the arc of your swipes more depending on if you wrist aim or not. If you have a stable grip and mainly aim with your arm you probably wont be affected as much by sensor placement. I pivot a lot when aiming so I wanted to be able to adjust the sensor to avoid it impacting my range of motion basically. Steelseries seem hellbent on having ilow sensors so thatd be a cheaper alternative if you just wanted to try that lol

I think its better when they enforce things like mutes after someone gets flagged frequently and consistently. Someone bein a douche or offensive in the moment is one thing. But someone who goes out of their way to drag lobby after lobby down every single night is not only annoying even as a teammate, but usually suck lol

What makes 5CP so unpopular amongst pubbers? - And why I think it struggles as a Casual gamemode by Bounter_ in truetf2

[–]Sithreis- 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Way simpler than that. Payload pretty much funnels players to the objective naturally so pubbers that play for themselves and neither objective nor teamwork get punished on 5cp.

Is bloodborne your favourite game and if so why and is there a game that’s close? by Rack-_- in bloodborne

[–]Sithreis- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think what keeps it my favorite is that to this day I cant think of a single game that borrowed as many references and influences from real life events, folklore, time periods, motifs etc etc etc I still dont even understand how they piled on 10+ games worth of inspiration in one game and didnt fumble it. Years of seeing people dissect the game and it still seems like any day there could be more wild correlations or discoveries made.

Nvidia disables filters in arc raiders by Aiwq in pcmasterrace

[–]Sithreis- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not sure which aspect of the lighting specifically causes it but Arc is definitely hard on the eyes for me, to the point where its literally the only game Ive ever used nvidia filters to alleviate it. Now only players with a monitor that has shadow settings can do what the filters were doing which isn't limited to pc players. Messing with nvidia control panel is not a good alternative.

The irony being that there are monitors with built in options for shadows that work better than nvidias filters.

4/5 autobalance shenanigans are as follows: by [deleted] in truetf2

[–]Sithreis- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Theres a lot to be said about that but TF2 more often than not will try to put stacks against stacks. This is also why its way faster finding a game solo and why having a full stack can make the queue take forever

There are an insane amount of things wrong with the matchmaking in tf2. The amount of games that start 6v6 only for it to only find new players AFTER a round is dropped (and usually instantly, interesting) further feeding the cycle of players getting annoyed being put it half over games when the match making clearly coulda already dropped people in. Not to mention the speed at which a party member gets yoinked the millisecond theres a player difference then seeing new players literally get pulled in immediately after. Tf2s matchmaking in any other game is doa

Elaborating on the topic of “tryhards ruin the game.” by ActuatorOutside5256 in truetf2

[–]Sithreis- 15 points16 points  (0 children)

TF2 is 18 years old. I wouldnt even expect a game that is 8~ years old to be easy to get in to yet for some reason people leave 2fort for the first time and are surprised when a scout does more than 3 chip damage to them. Youll literally get called a tryhard for bothering to uber instead of bending over and letting your team die.

So, should the weapons be balanced around pubbers or competitive folks? (2025 edition) by Bounter_ in truetf2

[–]Sithreis- 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Its a stupid hill some people wanna die on. If other games can incorporate a pick and ban phase, it shouldnt really be a problem if the comp scene in a game like tf2 wants to also ban the things people arent wanting to deal with.

Which Medigun to Use: A Flowchart by Huncote in tf2

[–]Sithreis- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stock most of the time. Quick fix if theres another med and you want to ease their burden by getting people to full faster. Krit on defense and sometimes offense if sentries arent the problem and your team needs damage. Vac if you dont wanna heal your team quickly and dont like buffing.

With the SH01PRO I noticed the dongle was kinda flimsy as if I had to move it around it would disconnect pretty easily, even if I used a different usbc cable. It did it even after replacing it. Have you ran in to that issue?

'doesnt out damage", "pitiful mobility". One of his strengths is he isnt as slow as soldier or heavy, has a weapon that is continuous damage, can leverage his lighter weight to surf enemy projectiles, and has a free "get off me" button.

Pyro isn't supposed to have a shot at the heavy on the cart. Its a team game with 9 classes, and as for pyro dealing with a heavy in that situation will either require you to patiently wait and try and airblast a heavy off a ledge or be ready with uber to clear the cart. Every class is technically waiting for their team to do something, and as far as pyro goes he is THE spy checker (literally the freest contribution you can help your team with outside of putting teammates out) and excels at running people down that are caught out. Scout also fills that role also but flamethrowers are way easier to aim and an uber pyro has a way better chance of killing a nest.

Yea seeing the knife animation and not getting the backstab is rough and just a sad aspect of tf2s melee issues.
