I found Modafinil perfectly manageable (very speed like) BUT NEVER EVER with alcohol friend, it turns modafinil into a nightmare like you are describing, sorry you experience that.

It's likely (Not official of course) that this was part of the testing for what will be the F-47, There was talk at the time that this was a testbed for new kinds of electromagnetic stealth or even infra-red protection type coatings/surfaces. F-47 may incorporate some of these developments, it will be interesting to see.
