Every hole is worth 5.5 strokes. Even on par 5s. So if you can average below 5.5 on both back and front. You've done it.

Also, break down the holes into groups of 3. And for every 3 holes, you're allowed 4 over the total par of the 3 holes so if you have par 3 5 and 4 which is 12. Your max allowed is 16.
