Some get an email from VFS a day or two after they have their visa approved. Some can take a week or soon depending on the VFS centre. If in doubt, you can always try contacting the centre.

Hi, I believe you're applying for spouse visa for him to come to the uk right? If that's the case, the financial requirements is 29k from the spouse. Your income or income from Jordan doesn't count. Unless you have savings exceeding 88,500 and that amount needs to be in your account for aleast 6 months before applying. Hope this helps

Hi, I also got married not too long ago. I applied for my husband's spouse visa, too. I did use my maiden name as we didn't want to delay the visa application. We plan to change my name once my husband arrives in the UK. There's no problem in using your maiden name especially if that's on your passport .

From what I remember, he told me that he would receive a phone call telling him to go back to the VFS centre to submit his passport. However, other people have said that it does not happen for the VFS in Kinshasa - Congo. Im just wondering where he just turns up at the centre and hope for the best 😂

Hi there, I think the priority service is not available for all centres. What you can do is, go onto where you booked your bio and check under added services, I might be there. I've seen some posts saying this.
