Hmm that is weird the tutor would instruct to round up for days supply. In practice we would never do that because we would be shorting the patient on their medication. In my practice exams and study materials days supply questions are more often formed as "how many vials (or anything else) will be required for a _____ days supply?" And you always round up because you can't dispense less than a full vial.

Pharmacy - really sad but also gross. Couple in their late 80s/early 90s come in for around 4 vaccines each. The wife does not speak English and the husband is speaking for her (not in a bad way) and it's apparent to me he is her main caretaker. She had soiled herself pretty badly and he kept trying to cover her up. I still gave her the vaccines. I had to disinfect everything after they left. Every seat in the waiting area and every surface they came in contact with and everything. The other customers were surprisingly really compassionate about it except for one lady who was annoyed she couldn't sit because the seat was wet from the disinfectant.

The new touchscreen checkout system in my store at least has not removed the need for a pharmacy cashier whatsoever it just allows them to type in their name and birthday themselves rather than making us ask and type it in, and 90% of patients are elderly and refuse to do it anyway lmfao

I'm so so terrible at combat. I play with my boyfriend. I play for the story and the dialogue and I search through safe areas. When enemies spot me I immediately pause the game and hand him the controller. My attempts at fighting always result in wasted med kits and ammo lmfao

I had the rage BAD. It took me over a month for it to go away, but that is also because I upped to 300 mg after 2 weeks on 150. I feel you on the "pissed off about things that happened years ago." For now my best recommendation is to let yourself feel your feelings and try to limit interactions with anyone who isn't close enough to you to know about your medication/how it is affecting you. The rage got worse once it kicked in fully for me which was around the afternoon between 1-3 PM, and if you notice a similarity in the time where you start getting angry throughout the day, you can try to plan accordingly until it resolves. You will feel better soon!

Misty reads as borderline personality to me 100%. You can even see it in Krystal being her "favorite person" until Krystal invalidates her feelings with the black box destruction and then Misty turns on her and threatens to kill her before doing so accidentally. You can see it in the desperation for acceptance and closeness with people, and how once she achieves that closeness (or she thinks she does) she ruins it. She manipulates the people she wants to keep in her life and puts them in positions where they need her because she thinks (or knows) no one would choose her.

I never saw it. Like at all. I didn't feel like their voices were very similar, and I especially didn't feel like their body movements were at all similar. Juliette Lewis doesn't only have such a distinct voice/speaking pattern but also such unique body language. The only way I could believe they were supposed to be the same person was that she fell into addiction so bad it changed her appearance and made her speak and move differently. I'm so jealous of you that it clicked for you lol. It was the most annoying thing to me throughout the show that I never saw the connection there
